Privacy Policy

When you use Listful, we store:

• Account details — your email address and a securely hashed password (or a magic-link sign-in record).
• Your product content — the photos, videos, digital files, hints, and listing copy you upload or that we generate for you.
• Etsy shop connection — when you connect your shop, we store your shop details and the OAuth tokens Etsy issues so we can create and update listings on your behalf. We never see or store your Etsy password.
• Usage records — listing counts and processing history, used to operate plan limits and show you your own activity.

Only to run the product: researching keywords for your listings, generating your listing copy, publishing to your connected shop when you tell us to, and showing you your own dashboard. We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with advertisers.

To write your listing, your product photos and details are sent to our AI provider (currently Google Gemini) to generate the copy. That processing is governed by the provider’s own terms. We send only what’s needed to write the listing — never your account credentials or Etsy tokens.

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers: Supabase (database, authentication, and file storage) and Vercel (application hosting). Payments, when enabled, are handled by Stripe — card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our servers.

• Sell or share your personal data with third parties for their marketing.
• Copy other sellers’ listing text into yours.
• Publish, edit, or delete anything in your shop without an action you took.

We use cookies only to keep you signed in and to remember preferences like your theme. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Disconnecting your Etsy shop revokes our access immediately. To delete your account and its data entirely, contact us at hello@listful.app and we’ll confirm once it’s done.

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we’ll note the new date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated policy.
