Terms of Service

Listful researches Etsy search data and generates listing content — titles, descriptions, tags, categories, and pricing suggestions — from the product photos and details you provide, and can publish that content to your connected Etsy shop when you tell it to.

You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials private. You must be able to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the service.

The photos, files, and product details you upload remain yours, as do the listings we generate for you. You grant us only the license needed to operate the service — storing your content, processing it to generate listings, and sending it to Etsy on your instruction.

Generated content is a draft until you approve it. You’re responsible for reviewing listings before publishing — including accuracy of claims about your products, pricing, and compliance with Etsy’s policies and applicable law. AI-generated text can be wrong; the review screen exists so you catch it.

• Only list products you have the right to sell.
• Don’t use the service to violate Etsy’s terms or policies.
• Don’t attempt to access other users’ data or disrupt the service.
• Don’t resell or white-label the service without our written agreement.

Listful depends on services we don’t control — Etsy’s API, our AI provider, and our hosting infrastructure. If one of them changes or becomes unavailable, parts of Listful may be affected. Etsy is a trademark of Etsy, Inc.; Listful uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.

The free plan includes a one-time allowance of Generation Tokens and publishes, usable at any pace — it does not renew. Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly and can be cancelled anytime, effective at the end of the billing period. Prices may change with reasonable notice; changes never apply retroactively.

You can stop using Listful and delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. Your published Etsy listings are unaffected either way — they live in your shop, not ours.

The service is provided “as is.” We work hard to keep it reliable and accurate, but we can’t guarantee search rankings, sales results, or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
